Where are you located?
We are based in Rancho Cordova, California. Beautiful and sunny California.

 

What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm (PST).

 

What shipping carrier does Weekend Swim use to ship packages?
We ship all orders with USPS. This includes domestic and international packages.

 

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $25. Unfortunately, we do not offer the free shipping promo on International orders at this time.

 

How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ask to allow up to 48 business hours for an order to be processed and shipped. Please note that all orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Monday.

 

I’m in LOVE with an item online but it shows sold out.
Good news! We usually restock our most popular items once a week. You can be notified by email when we receive additional stock by clicking the “Email Me When More Sizes Are Available” link that is located on the page of the item. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away.

 

How do I change or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your item has not left our warehouse, we should be able to make changes. If in the case your item has shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or adjustments. If you no longer want the item you purchased, you can return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

How do I know which size to order?
To ensure a proper fit we recommend referencing our size chart. Please keep in mind that sizing and cut will vary between the different brands and styles we carry. If you are unsure of which size to order we suggest to always order the next size up. If you have a specific sizing question or would like more information on a specific style please contact us! We would LOVE to help you find the perfect fit.

 

Can I receive a different size in the top and bottom?
Unfortunately, we only sell our bikinis in same size sets. Therefore you would receive the same size in the top and bottom. Split sizing is not an option at this time. 

 

Do you offer returns?
Most definitely! We want you to be in LOVE with your merchandise. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return your items. You can find more information on our Return Policy here.
