Shipping Policy 

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (like product launches or holidays), processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Economy Shipping: Flat rate of $7.00 for orders $98.99 and Free for orders over $99.00. Delivery time is between 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $10.00 for all orders. Delivery time of 2–3 business days. 

International Shipping:Yes! We ship internationally, for a flat rate of $20.00. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Please note: If you choose not to add Route Package Protection, you accept that In My Jammers is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

You can purchase order protection through Route for $1.55 USD at checkout and covers lost, stolen, or damaged products. Claims can be made HERE. 

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier or customs

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If your order is delayed or missing:

• Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

• Then email us at info@weekendswim.com and we’ll do our best to help locate or replace your order.

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy 

We want you to love your swimwear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

Return Window:

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, sanitary liner intact, and with all original tags still attached. The item must be shipped back in their original Weekend Swim zip bag.   

• Returns that don’t meet our policy may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:

Please submit a return request by logging into your account. You can also go to your email order confirmation email and click "view your order" and follow the prompts to request a return. Once approved, we will send you a return label and instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A shipping charge of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Timing may vary depending on your bank.)

Need a different size? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item.
